個人資料收集聲明
閣下的私隱
Parfums Christian Dior Hong Kong Limited(「我們」、「我們的」)於收集、儲存、使用及傳送個人資料時將尊重閣下的法定私隱權利,而本個人資料收集聲明將說明我們的私隱實務。
請細閱以下內容,以了解我們如何處理閣下的個人資料的政策和實務。本政策可能不時予以修訂。
如本私隱政策聲明的英文及中文版本有任何抵觸,概以英文版本為準。
「個人資料」指任何個人身份識別資料或敏感資料(例如姓名、職業、地址、聯絡詳情、身份證或護照號碼、信用卡資料、閣下的年齡、閣下的婚姻狀況、閣下的僱主、閣下的收入、統計資料)。
 
我們將使用閣下的個人資料的用途
於閣下購物或申請成為我們的會員時,可能會收集閣下的個人資料。
我們可能使用閣下的個人資料用於的目的分有責任提供資料的目的及可自願提供資料的目的。如個人資料用於有責任提供資料的目的,此等個人資料將不會於會員申請表格內註明為「不須要提供資料」,如閣下希望我們向閣下提供所申請的服務,閣下必須向我們提供閣下的個人資料。如個人資料只為用於可自願提供資料的目的,則閣下可決定是否向我們提供該等資料。
 
閣下有責任提供閣下的個人資料的目的為:
(a) 參加及維持閣下作為我們的會員資格;
(b) 累積作為我們的會員的優惠積分;
(c) 向閣下發出關於作為我們的會員閣下可享有的福利和優惠的通知;
(d) 享有作為會員的優惠;
(e) 通知有關會員計劃的任何修訂; 
(f) 建立關係;及
(g) 數據清洗及客戶資料更新。
閣下可自願提供閣下的個人資料所涉及的目的為:
(a) 讓我們更清楚了解我們客戶的統計資料; 
(b) 作內部研究及分析,以讓我們能妥善提供切合閣下特定需求的獎賞、服務及產品信息或禮物;
(c) 巿場研究;
(d) 讓我們的美容顧問進行跟進服務;
(e) 分派客戶滿意調查;
(f) 寄出尊貴客戶通訊及尊貴客戶活動最新資料;及
(g) 作直接促銷,包括
(i) 通知閣下有關新產品推出及其他推廣優惠,包括(如適用)護膚產品、化妝品、香水產品、彩妝產品、身體護理產品、護髮產品、家居產品以及彩妝服務、美容服務、身體護理服務及脫毛服務;
(ii) 通知閣下有關我們的推廣活動,包括﹝如適用﹞彩妝班及/或示範、皮膚護理講座、其他美容課堂、公關活動、尊貴客戶產品套裝、店舖開幕活動、商店公告/活動、展覽、時裝表演及最新消息;
(iii) 通知閣下有關皮膚護理、彩妝、身體護理、護髮或香水或家居產品的專櫃或專櫃以外服務及活動,以作推廣及獎賞用途;
(iv) 巿場推廣獎賞計劃、生日優惠、免費試用產品、數碼活動、路演/街頭推廣活動、店內推廣的最新消息;
(v) 通知閣下有關與購物商場、百貨公司、信用咭、銀行、行業、名人、雜誌、電視、網站、文化、藝術或音樂團體/組織、慈善團體或非謀利組織的聯合推廣或活動;及
(vi) 與LVMH Group 旗下品牌進行跨品牌合作推廣及/或活動。
如於任何其他時候閣下不欲我們使用閣下的個人資料作上述的直接促銷用途,閣下可通知我們表示反對。

披露
如我們向閣下收集個人資料,我們將:
(a) 告知閣下(以本個人資料收集聲明或透過另外發出的通知)我們正在收集閣下的資料及我們所收集的該等個人資料的用途;
(b) 如相關情況下,給予閣下機會反對將閣下的個人資料作某種用途;及
(c) 告知閣下我們將如何儲存閣下的個人資料及閣下如何可以查閱、更改及刪除我們所保存的該等個人資料。
我們將採取一切實際可行的步驟將閣下的個人資料保密,但我們可能會將該等資料轉讓/轉授予以下人士:
(a) 就處理及儲存閣下的資料向我們提供行政、電訊、電腦及其他服務的任何代理、承包商或第三方服務供應商;
(b) 如我們決定出售我們業務的任何相關部分,向任何實際或建議的承授人、承讓人或繼承人;及
(c) 我們根據任何法律有責任向其作出披露的任何人士。
 
保安
除上文第3段所述外,閣下的個人資料(不論以任何方式儲存)將只限於我們已獲授權查閱該等資料的僱員或承包商方可查閱。如以電子方式儲存個人資料,將以一個獨立及設有密碼保障(或設有相等的保障形式)的伺服器儲存,並只可由獲授權人員查閱。被將指定負責處理個人資料的僱員和承包商會根據本個人資料收集聲明行事。 
 
閣下存取及更正資料的權利
閣下可於隨時要求存取及更正於我們的記錄中與閣下有關的個人資料。閣下亦可要求我們從任何運作中的郵遞或分派名單中刪除閣下或閣下的個人資料。為行使閣下的任何權利,請按下文的[電話號碼][或電郵]聯絡我們,並在閣下的通訊中註明「保密」。在回應閣下的要求時,我們可能會要求閣下提供若干關於閣下的資料,以核實閣下為資料所指的人士。我們須於40日內回應閣下的要求,但我們可能就此向閣下收取合理的費用。

資料的保留
我們將只會為履行收集閣下的個人資料的目的所需而保存閣下的個人資料。我們亦可能統計目的保存已存檔的個人資料。
不再需要的個人資料將予以銷毀。

Personal Information Collection Statement (“PICS”)

Parfums Christian Dior Hong Kong Limited ("we", "our" or "us") respects your legal rights of privacy when collecting, storing, using and transmitting personal data and this PICS explains our privacy practices. 

Please read the following carefully to understand our policy and practices regarding how your personal data will be treated. This policy may from time to time be revised.

If there is any inconsistency between the English and Chinese version of this Privacy Policy Statement, the English version shall prevail. 

"personal data" means any personally identifying information or sensitive data (such as names, occupations, addresses, contact details, ID Card or Passport numbers, credit card information, your age, your marital status, your employer, your income, demographic data) from which it is practicable for the identity of an individual to be ascertained.

Purposes for which we will use your Personal Data

Your personal data may be collected when you make a purchase or apply to be our member.

The purposes for which we may use your personal data are divided into obligatory purposes and voluntary purposes. If personal data is to be used for an obligatory purpose, these personal data will not be marked as “optional” in the Members Application Form and you MUST provide your personal data to us if you want us to provide the service for which you are applying. If personal data is only to be used for a voluntary purpose, it is entirely up to you to decide whether you want to provide such information to us or not.

Purposes for which it is obligatory for you to provide your personal data are:

(a) enrolment into and maintaining your membership as our member;
(b) accumulating bonus points as our member;
(c) communicating to you your entitlements and privileges as our member; 
(d) redemption of privileges as a member;
(e) notification of any amendment to the membership program; 
(f) relationship building; and
(g) data cleansing and customers profile updates.

Purposes for which it is only voluntary for you to provide your personal data are:

(a) to enable us better to understand the demographics of our customers; 
(b) for internal research and analysis to enable us to provide rewards, services and product information or offerings better tailored to your needs; 
(c) market research;
(d) to enable our beauty advisor to follow up;
(e) to distribute customer satisfaction survey; and
(f) to send out VIP newsletters and VIP program updates.

Direct Marketing

We also intend to use your personal data for direct marketing. By law, we may not use your personal data for this purpose unless we have received your consent (which includes an indication of no objection). 

Your personal data will be used for:

(a) communicating to you regarding new product launch and other promotional offers, including where applicable, skincare products, cosmetics products, fragrance products, make up products, body care products, hair care products, home products and make up services, facial services, body care services and waxing services;
(b) communicating to you regarding our promotional events including where applicable, makeup classes and/or demonstrations, skincare seminars, other beauty classes, PR events, VIP gatherings value sets, shop opening events, store announcement/events, exhibitions, fashion shows and news update;
(c) communicating on-counter or out of counter services and events related to skincare, makeup, body care, hair care , fragrance or home products for promotion or reward purpose;

(d) marketing reward programs, birthday celebration offers, free sampling, digital campaigns, roadshow/outpost, in store promotion updates;
(e) communicating joint promotion or events with shopping malls, department stores, credit cards, banks, trades, celebrities, magazines, television, websites, mileage programs, cultural, art or musical societies/organizations, charities or non profit organizations; and
(f) cross brand joint promotions and/or events with brands within the LVMH Group.

If at any other point of time you do not wish us to use your personal data for use in direct marketing as described above, you may exercise your opt-out rights by notifying us.
 
Disclosure 

In cases where we do collect personal data from you, we will:

(a) tell you (by way of this PICS or by a separate notification) that we are doing so and the use that we will make of such personal data we collect;
(b) where relevant, give you the opportunity to opt out; and
(c) tell you how we will store your personal data and how you can review, change and delete the personal data we have stored.

We will take all practicable steps to keep your personal data confidential but we may transfer/assign such data to the following parties:

(a) any agent, contractor or third party service provider who provides administrative, telecommunications, computer and other services to us in connection with the processing and storage of your data;
(b) if we decide to sell any relevant part of our business, to any actual or proposed assignee, transferee or successor; and
(c) any person to whom we are under an obligation to make disclosure under the requirements of any law.

Security 

Except as mentioned in paragraph 4 above, your personal data, however stored, will be accessed only by our employees or contractors who are authorised to do so. Where personal data is stored electronically, it will be kept on a separate server and will be password-protected (or under some equivalent form of protection) and accessible only by authorised personnel. Employees and contractors designated to handle personal data will be instructed to do so only in accordance with this PICS. 

Your Right to Access and Correction 

You may at any time request access to and to correct personal data relating to you in any of our records. You may also ask us to delete you or your personal data from any active mailing or distribution list. To exercise any of your rights, contact us at the address, facsimile number or email below, marking your communication "Confidential". In response, we may ask you to provide certain details about yourself so that we can be sure you are the person to whom the data refers. We are required to respond to your requests within 40 days, but we may charge you a reasonable fee for doing so.

Retention of Data

We will keep your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which the data was collected. We may also retain archived personal data for statistical purposes.
